We believe that most buyers, when given a choice between a green product, or a traditional product, will select the green product.  This of course recognizes that there are often a number factors that are considered in any purchase.

However, it is often difficult for buyer to really understand ‘why is this product green’?  Generally speaking, the buyer is provided some sort of general description as to various characteristics of the product, and why that should constitute  the product as being labeled 'Green'.  Certainly there is no consistency from one seller to the next, and most often, no consistency from a single seller when they provide information for their various products.  Further, if you wanted to know 'to what extent is this product Green’, you would be hard pressed to find to find an objective analysis?  Yes, there are a number of certifications available, but connecting that information to the product can be difficult.  Additionally, most of the certifications and product evaluations look at only a segment of products.
